It is typical self help book, but quite valuable for someone like me.
It acted as an excellent refresher and re-iterated the importance of organizing, planning, ability to say No, having time for yourself and doing more in little time.
I am not sure if a newer version is available, but the 2nd edition (the one that I read) needs some updates, for example there is a chapter on handling phone calls and voice mails. With so many instant messaging and video apps, we certainly dont need an entire chapter on managing phone calls as the number of phone calls we receive today are much less.

I decided to read it as it is pocket sized book! But certainly not regretting my decision.
