One of the best books ever!
What I like especially about it is the way, Patrick Porter combines a scientific approach with lots of practical experience and the universal laws.
So Thrive in Overdrive builds a bridge for everbody, who is not contend with being offered instructions like "think positive!".
You get to know the impact stress has on your body and learn to overcome it, while still continuing your fast-paced life.
There are many practical exercises, trances, true-life stories of people who overcame illness, problems, fear, using the methods described in this book.
Also there is a part included that describes how easy it is to enhance your quality of life, once you follow creative visualization and relaxation processes regularly - strengthened by the high-tech light and sound effects.

A must read for everbody who values his or her quality of life.
