There was a time that I thought I was going to die so I wanted to read this book prior to the event. It was enlightening for me but after having recovered I find the information very involved for someone with such a busy life. I do believe Buddhist monks do this sort of thing and it works for them but it may be difficult for general mainstream. Nevertheless, I feel I have focused my third eye a little better.
