Patty and Stephen are called back from their honeymoon early with the news that Pastor Buchanan is missing and is suspected of being taken by the Fallen. Alistair is elected to be the interim David until Buchanan can be returned, but he faces obstacles and the negative influence of others. Stephen is following the path the Almighty has placed before him and it does not align with the Enclave. Everyone knows that Stephen is the key to winning the final battle between the Fallen and the Mighty, but he must lead in a way that does not divide the Mightly more than they already are. Friendships and loyalties are put to the test. Everyone must choose a side and only the side of the Almighty will win. This book is non-stop action and strong emotion. Even though it is a fictional story there are pockets of truth and the message of salvation. I enjoyed reading this series and it did my heart good...

A satisfying conclusion that wraps things up while leaving room for possible future stories.
