For me, this book provided a bit of new information, and a whole lot of info I've read before in on-line articles or training forums. If the reader has little or now knowledge of triathlons, this is a good starting point. It's a quick read, and may be handy at future points in my training.

As someone who is just getting into the sport I found this book to have many good tips on training, how to stay motivated and stories to help you understand the sport more. When I complete my first 70.3 I'll recommend this to someone who want to do a Ironman of this distance.
