i picked it blindly, without much of an idea of what i was going to find.
once i realized god was a heavy theme, i debated putting it down if i'm honest. i'm glad i didn't.
even if you aren't religious, the core message is universal: the joy of gratitude, kindness, and being at peace with yourself, others, and the world. they resonated with me. i even wrote down some poems in my pocket notebook!
also, the introduction and the additional quotes (in the edition i've got) were spot on. inmensely thankful to virginia ruehlmann for that.
