This is a pretty good book. It has good information. Nothing new, however good information well organized and communicated. Anyone who will seriously apply it will see results. I fear that most people will read or listen to it and do nothing or just poke and prod it. It's something that only has value in the application.

I really enjoyed this book. It is a conversation between a hard lucked individual and a Millionaire. The Millionaire offers him practical advice on how to change from an 'employee' mindset, to that of an 'entrepreneur'. The advice that is given is very clear and usable. It is fun and inspirational.

With that said, the book is one large advertisement for their Millionaire MBA program. Normally I get irritated with this sort of Trojan Horse ploy, but I did not feel that this book pulled any punches. It delivered what it said it would. So I don't feel cheated, like I normally do with this tactic.

Автор сделал попытку написать своего рода новую книгу "Думай и богатей", которую ещё в 1937 написал Наполеон Хилл.

И как по мне довольно неплохо получилось. Конечно же она изрядно уступает в качественном плане, тщательности проработки, системности и по другим параметрам, но зато её преимуществом является легкость чтения и восприятия.

Данная книга это своего рода хорошая "лайт версия" уже упомянутой выше книги Хилла.

I found this book to be simple but filled with many useful insights. It's structured in the form of a conversation which is easy to follow and helpful in setting the tone for the message of the book. The ideas were well-organised and explained and the summary at the end of each chapter was very useful. This book is not destined to become a classic but I do recommend it to anyone looking to improve their lot.

Millionaire Upgrade is a good book for entrepreneurial inspiration. It reads like a fiction story with a list of strong lessons to learn. It's inspirational and fun to read.

It is another boring, superficial self-help in annoying dialogue form.
But it was kinda ok in the audiobook x2 speed for the background noise when there's a lack of choice in audiobooks.

Good teachings but read like a very basic-level list/countdown over the course of one conversation. Structured kind of like Tuesdays With Morrie but no time in between lessons and everything back to back. Stars are for decent content but delivery could have been more interesting.

A bloated read on "think different." The only two items I really pulled from the book were the differences in mindset between "thinking like an employee" (narrow vision, narrow scope) and "thinking like a millionaire business person" (big picture thinking). By itself, that type of thinking is useless while on the job. If you're working as a grunt, no one else is going to value you higher level thinking about the business. The only time it's valuable is when you apply it to your own business.

I've read far better business books. Wouldn't recommend.

Listened to the audio book, and at a quick 3+ hours total run time, you can't really go wrong. There isn't anything earth-shattering that isn't already covered in some form or fashion in similar books, though the concise "notes" the narrator summarizes throughout are memorable and contained some sound takeaways that I enjoyed. There is a clear homage to Napolean Hill's classic "Think and Grow Rich" - a book any aspiring entrepreneur has sure to have read. In short, at it's easily digestible size, it is worth the time.

The title makes me squirm, but this was a well written business book that summed up a lot of what I've learned about success. Goal setting, persistence, the value of making mistakes, pushing yourself out of your comfort zone….it's what it takes to book seat 1A on the 'plane. It was a good way of making such stuff interesting and enjoyable to read as opposed to the dry lecturing of some business tomes. I read it cover to cover in one day, and I don't knock any books that I can do that with!

A motivational self help book for Me Inc. A bit of a wolf in sheep's clothing as the author really wants to plant the seeds for Book 2 - The 40 Day Millionaire MBA MP3 download for $159. The book reads like NLP and Napoleon Hill in overdrive; believe in yourself, be ultra confident, set goals, have single mindedness of purpose, be persuasive, and have positive self drive. Success does come from preparedness and luck, to that purpose this book is a good primer.

I haven't read too many of these types of books, so I have little to compare with. I felt that this book was insightful regarding some of the key attributes required to succeed as an entrepreneur, but it is quite cheesy. Unfortunately, I got to the part in the book that said 80 hour work weeks were necessary for entrepreneurs to succeed and I realized that now is not the time for me to become a one. It is a quick read, and I would recommend it to others.

Lessons from successful millionaires contradicts current bias according to which successful entrepreneurs are a special by nature. The book will help you go into the mental universe of entrepreneurs and millionaires which gain money on their own, to get personalized clues about their way of thinking and acting, will show you how to channel their energy and skills towards an exciting initiative, effective and challenging.

A simple quick reading book who inspired by Napolean Hill's classic "Think and Grow Rich".

This book is about millionaire's mindset, a person actual wealth is determined by how he think. If someone think like an employee, he always will be one. But should you changed your mindset and start to think like a RICH, you properly would end up being one.

If you're looking for a quick refresh on the rich mindset, this is a good read.

Well its a promotional audiobook for being a successful entrepreneur. Its wrapped up in a small but motivating story, so it is kind of belletristic with handbook characteristics.
The given advises are in fact interesting, but all of them are rather subjective and only fit to those with intrinsic mindsets (Theory Y if you like).

This book is a good and easy read - or listen. It lays out some very simple principles - by Sir Richard Branson, of the Virgin companies - that are worth knowing and applying. This book in particular benefited from the narrator's voice - it lent some character to the "read" which made it easier for me to bare, since I tend to find these kinds of books a little pedantic.

The book is a short and vivid summary of "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill.
Author tried to get the essence of Hill's book and delivered it as a narrative. There is no drama or anything of the sort, however, the book is perceived a lot better than its "academical" prototype.
Although the book is inspiring, in a long run I'd still recommend "Think and Grow Rich" as a more profound one.

This is a great book for young adult or if you are just starting reading on entrepreneurship. The information in it is definitely useful, but there is nothing groundbreaking about it. The pitch for the MBA program did not sit well with me. It was a short audio book. It's perfect for commute of a short flight.
