While I don't follow a raw diet I certainly think it's healthy and worth incorporating more of these recipes into my diet. The book is GORGEOUS and what can be accomplished in terms of making raw food seem 'normal' is amazing. Like most raw food, however, you need time and a dehydrator to prepare many of the dishes. That said, it really only is a matter of planning and having the desire to do it. This book offers a stunning array of yummy looking treats and I can't wait to explore my 'raw' side a bit more!
This book has a horrible format and some of the worst food photography, but I did find a few unique recipes and the overall feel of the recipes inspire confidence in their quality.
