Very insightful read. Some great case studies and advice on how to take the knowledge and apply it in one's daily life. Good balance between scientific information and practical advice for the not-so-scientific parent

I've read a lot of nutrition books, but this one has taught me so many new things! Based on science and research, it details research observations and conclusions, and gives ways to practically implement the recommendations. I was very impressed! Great resource for parents! I've referred back to this book many times.

Interesting book showing yet again how we really are what we eat. Some good advice without being too technical or preachy.
