I adore this book. It has so many clever, clever patterns and adaptations. The instructions are very clear and the materials easy to source. Many of the patterns only need small amounts of yarn so it's a perfect stash-buster. The teeny tiny knitted hands are wonderful, so very clever and not nearly as difficult as they look.

The patterns are infinitely mix and match, so this is ideal for anyone who wants to create fantasy characters from favourite books and films. Me, I'm adapting the instructions and making an angel.

This book has the most adorable patterns! I just finished the pirate doll for my grandson. He is thrilled with it!. The details on the doll clothes are amazing! They take a good while to make but when you are done, you realloy have something special! Kudos!

I don't really remember the pirates but the rest are appealing. One doll pattern with variations. Details and interchangable accessories.
