Boxing has been my favorite sport for many, many years now. I think I've seen just about every boxing movie there is and read a stack of books on the subject. This is definitely one of my favorites. It relates the story of a handful of the most successful, iconic boxers of all time (think Ali, LaMotta, Marciano, Dempsey) and shows the reader how boxing is often parallel to life.

12 little bios of great boxers. Extra points for brevity. Loses points for banal lessons on overcoming adversity and practice makes perfect. Very easy and fun reading.
