This is the perfect book for people who try hard in work environments, but who are stymied by other people. Personally, I think good guys always finish first. Point in fact, I may someday conduct a scientific study of some of my past detractors, as I am relatively certain many if not all "went down in flames" (alone, with no assistance) over time, especially the bullies. More recently, I watched a guy who was so obvious with his bullying that he digitally and physically checked for the presence of supervisors before commencing his bullying - thinking he was so smart no one would notice. Keep up the good work, Mr. Leibling.

This book gave me anxiety. It's so stressful to read. People if you work in an environment described in this book, just leave and never look back.

Not at all what I expected. The how to -part was pretty much missing, in terms of practical advice. What was given were a gazillion tips on what one could do. Not useful for me, but perhaps for someone else.

على الرغم من جمالية العنوان وجاذبيته فمحتوى الكتاب بسيط جداً. لا تتوقع تغييراً كبيرا عند قراءتك له، الكتاب ممتع وسلس بالقراءة لكن الفائدة المرجوة منه قليلة. لا أريد ان اظلم الكتاب فبعض النقاط كانت موفقة في الطرح ومؤثرة

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
لعل عنوان الكتاب للوهلة الأولى يجعلك تعتقد شيئ وعند قرائته ممكن أن تجد شيء أخر غير الذي كنت تتوقعه ممكن أن تكون قصر نظر في رؤيتي ....
بعد قرائتي للكتاب وجدت أن المؤلف يعيش حياة الأدارة والمؤسسات والموارد البشرية والموظفين .. بلا بلا بلا بلا .... والكتاب موجه لهذه الفئة بشكل رئيسي .. ولكن تستطيع الأستفادة منه في النصائح فيه نصائح تعايش كثيرة وهناك أيضا نصائح التصرف بدأت أستأنس بالكتاب من الصفحة 135 تقريبا ...
ولكن كما قلت هي موجهة في اكتاب دائما الى الموظفين.... أقول لكم كما يقول الكاتب في بداية كتابه في التمهيد :
( من فضلك تصفح أوراق الكتاب وأختر أفضل مايناسبك من .....) يعني حتى الكاتب يقول لك لاتقرأه كامل ههههههه ..

a nice book but with a little or no radical solutions for the enemy situations , it's only concentrate on trying to change your perception to the enemy or trying to corner him which will not always work

Not life changing, but still highly useful!

There are plenty of good ideas and mind sets in this book. Also, tons of questions you can ask yourself to see the situation/problem differently. I will definitely go back again and again to review some of those questions.
