Well, the best thing I can say about this book is that there are a lot of really gorgeous pictures and I also got it at a huge discount. There are a lot of herbal rememdies to common ailments. I haven't tried many of them because the book is mostly geared to women's health issues. The author devotes exactly 4 pages to men's health issues and the best advice she has is "get plenty of rest". I might be exaggerating this a bit, but not by much. In this book, a man seems to be the person that is there to support the woman and to provide the money so she can buy all these expensive herbs and oils. The best thing he can do after he has come to the end of his usefulness is die and leave the woman all his money, so she can spend the rest of her days indulging in "aromatherapy sessions" to ease her stress.
