Having heard a fair amount of 'talks' by Rehan.. and thoroughly enjoying the information I decided to purchase his book.

Overall, the book was (unfortunately) not very useful for ME - apart from the supplement references. With so many fitness/nutrition books out there, this is not the one I'd recommend to others.

Pros:
- It covers your basic bodybuilding diet - anyone who isn't familiar with this will find it useful.
- It's a great supplement resource - I do reference it every now and again.
- Has a very interesting chapter (10 pages) on 'How The Body Burns Fat'.

Cons:
- Not a very big book - approx. 100 pgs, 6"x9" (I expected something bigger)
- Majority of the info covered is about some form of supplement - from L-glutamine to iron.
- If you are new to strength training - none of the exercises include pictures... (actually they are NO images in the entire book).
- Sample menu is 2 pages per your calorie needs (i.e. not very good).
