It's a good guide for the walk, and really some type of guide is necessary, because you won't find anyone on large portions of the trail, and the sheep don't give good directions. It does seem, though, like some of the distances stated are on the low side. One of the days I walked at a good pace for 6 hours, basically non-stop, and that was supposed to be 20km, which is just not possible.
This is a well thought out planning guide for walking The Dingle Way. Hopefully it contains current enough information to help me on my own 111 mile trek this summer... I don't want to walk through someone's fields & get overtaken by rogue sheep!
