Charles does not want to have anything to do with Imogene because of her heritage.. He gets sick and kisses her and calls her by his ex's name. She is devastated and decides she wants nothing to do with him either. This is a great story about the McCabe brothers and I can't wait to read about David and Jane .I received a copy from the author but wasn't required to write a review. This is my honest opinion.

Surprised bride

This wasn't as good a story as the others in the series. The only reason I say that is because it was similar to another story. The story was different except for when an old flame suddenly shows up claiming the H as her own. The way the woman acted makes it hard for me to believe that the hero was dumb enough to want to marry her in the first place. Kind of took the enjoyment out of the story.
