This is a very small book, small enough to be read in less than 5 hours, yet it took me almost 20 days to finish it. That by itself says a lot. He finished the book saying "in these pages I tried to convince you..." well I was not convinced.
I found that although there are Biblical points of view, there were sentences and paragraphs that were very unbiblical. Starting from his own definition of the Bible itself right in chapter one. Also, he uses the words "Experience" and "Loneliness" so much so that I thought the book should be titled " How to Experience God in your Loneliness" rather than what it actually is. In every single chapter he points out that we must experience God, and while reading that once was okay, the more I read it the more I started asking if that is even a biblical concept. I mean, does God ever tells us to experience him, or did we come up with that idea ourselves?
