The Last Rite
The last rite was never meant to be found Ten years ago, the love of Daniel's life disappeared. This was a very very good book, it grabs you from the start and you get attached to the characters i would recommend this to everyone

3.5 stars overall
It took a bit to get into the audio book. The sound was gave it a feel of a radio broadcast with a slight tinny quality. If there had been sound effects, it would have been complete. I didn't enjoy the music for the chapter breaks, but that is a small thing.
The story took a while for me to get into it. I am not sure what the issue was, but the as the plot moved along, I started getting into it more. I did enjoy it overall, but there were just little things here and there that kept me from appreciating it fully. It was a pretty fun ride. I was glad that it didn't end the way it felt like it was going to finish up. I though that the story picked up really well from the moment Lisa was introduced into the mix and from that point forward I was in. I really liked the "business suit man" as well... crazy as he was. The story had a lot of heart mixed in with the madness.

Audible:This was a terrific read!Danials girlfriend dissapeared 10 years ago.When he gets a call that she died and he has a daughter his life is upturned in so many ways!Full of monsters,both good and bad. A full cast:(Adamm Khuevrr

The Twisted monsters and creepy setting were reminiscent of silent hill
Excellent narration from a full cast giving it a radio drama feel

The audiobook of this was amazing. A compelling story with interesting characters and world building. Definitely worth the read/listen

Loved this book! Chad is a great writer and all of his books are full of excitement. One can easily get attached to the characters and feel what they're going through.
