Kevin: Always And Forever
Kevin’s life has been one hurdle after another. When he stumbled across his half-sister a few weeks ago, his life spiralled into a direction he didn’t think was possible. Kevin is book 3 of The Guardian shifters. This series goes from strength to strength, if I do say so myself. :-) If you like PNR, shfters, and a unique, touching storyline then you'll love The Guardian Shifters.

Book 3 in The Guardians Shifters series gives us Kevin story. Kevin had a hellish childhood at the hands of an abusive father and all round crappy pack leader. But this story sees him grow so much more from the character we’ve known until now.
Upon joining Jasper on his mission by the council, his life was about to change. He was about to become a man. And what a man! His compassion, his fearlessness, his courage. His love for who will become his future.
Just like Kevin, Karina has known torture despite only being 18. Maybe differently, but I think this is why their bond is so strong. Why his understanding of her is crystal clear. It just made for a true love story amongst an impending war against the paranormal council.
A beautiful, magical story of wolves, witches and vampires, with a hint of darkness for good measure. As usual, the strength and resilience of KM Lowe’s characters amazed me. Another brilliant instalment of a series I am a massive fan of. An absolute must for any paranormal fans out there.

This isn’t a genre I’ve really thought about reading until I started this series. This is the third book and tells Kevin’s story. He went through a lot with his Dad and now he’s found his half sister Lisa and Carlos’s pack he can’t believe how much his life has changed. Obviously things don’t run smoothly immediately and this book tells of his ups and downs as he try’s to settle into the pack. I loved this book and couldn’t put it down. I can’t wait now for Joel’s story which is next in the series.

I love this series more and more. But then what’s not to love about a paranormal romance with shifters, vamps and lots of adventure/action. Once again the author has given us a storyline and characters that are exciting and will grab you from the start. I will state however, if you are reading the series, the first few chapters will seem a bit of a repeat from book 2 (Jasper), but simply because Jasper and Kevin’s lives overlapped during that time frame. The events are being told through Kevin and Karina’s eyes as well which gives you a much more in depth vision of what they were going through during this time frame as opposed to Jasper and his woman.
Kevin’s story was just so special. The boy/wolf has been through so much in his young life. The loss of his mother and the abuse at the hands of his father and his pack have definitely left scars. But as we know from prior books, he has found his sister, Lisa, and a home with a loving caring pack. But the council says Kevin and Jasper must pay for breaking their rules when Lisa and Jasper were both saved. Thus they end up on a mission in Canada. A mission to help save kidnapped women who were being abused and tortured in the most inhumane of ways. What Kevin didn’t expect to find or felt he deserved, due to the horrible things he was made to do at the hands of his father, was Karina, his soulmate. As for Karina, she has been running on her own since her parents die only to be captured by the rogues. She is thrown is a cage and finally give us her will to survive. But she keeps hearing a voice that calms her and cares for her. A voice that belongs to Kevin.
But can Kevin and Karina overcome all the hurt and vile things that have been forced on them? Can they ever function in normal pack life, let alone with a mate? The road for these two is long and hard but it’s a beautiful journey of young love and hope. 2 Thumbs up for a great read. One I highly recommend. The series is call the Guardian Shifters. Wow! Ms. Lowe has done it again with this 3rd amazing book, "KEVIN- Always and Forever" from the phenomenal Guardian Shifters series! Even tho they do not have to be read in order, IMHO, I recommend reading the first 2 awesome books first, for your best reading pleasure & am so glad that I did ;) ... The characters are well-defined and I was thrilled to see many recurring, as well as some new likable characters :D ... Wonderful descriptions and witty dialogue had me laughing out loud at times, or wanting to scream, and then other times I was so moved that I had tears in my eyes! So get ready for an awesome entertaining emotional roller-coaster ride :D ... I was hooked from the very first page right through the whole book and beyond the ending, which left me craving more, that I did not want to put it down whenever I had to & read it in 2 sittings! ... Even tho I volunteered to beta read this, it was without any outside influences & I have already preordered my own Kindle copy to keep forever- that is how much I love these books & this series :D ... So yes, I can honestly recommend this to adult fans of fiction and especially those who love contemporary PNR like I do :D I am so hooked on these books that now I can't wait for more :o but despite waiting & dealing with withdrawals, I will certainly wait for more, coz anything worthwhile, is worth waiting for ;)

Kevin - Always and Forever is book 3 in The Guardian Shifters series by K.M Lowe. This series can be read as standalones but I truly recommend reading from the start.
Kevin had a horrible upbringing with his father who was also his pack leader. He didn't know what pack life was truly like until he was accepted into the pack that he now calls his home, with his half sister Lisa and his guardian Jasper. Being sent to Canada to help fight a pack of rogue wolves changed Kevin's life. That's where he finds his mate and a reason to truly exist.
After losing her parents at the hands of a pack Alpha, Karina does what she promised her father and runs. She dreams of happiness with a mysterious wolf shifter, when shes suddenly taken, thrown in a cage where she gets beaten and abused.
She doesn't see a way out. Will she get out and meet this wolf shifter? Will she be able to trust anyone again?
I have loved this series from the start and I honestly think that Kevin is my favourite so far. We get a look back at Jasper's story at the start, but through Kevin's eyes. After all that hes been through, it's great to see that he looks to Jasper as a role model and the way his father treated him hasn't damaged him completely.
I can't wait for the book four in this series to see where K.M Lowe takes the Guardian Shifters next.

In this book we re-trace some stuff that happened at the end of Jasper’s book to see Kevin’s POV and how he’s dealing with everything that happening.
“I can’t control my wolf.” I look at her then Lelland. “I don’t even know what’s going on.
Once Karina is rescued Kevin knows he needs and wants to protect her but isn’t sure what she’s gonna need after everything that she’s been through.
Karina needs to figure out how to get past everything that happened and trust Kevin and his pack.
Stracey steps in and wraps her arms around my shoulders. I hold her for a few moments before she pulls away. “Thank you.”
There was one thing I was disappointed in, I feel the first half of the book is the same thing as the end of Jasper so it’s pretty much a re-telling of stuff we already know about. I feel Kevin didn’t get a whole book because he only had half the book all to himself.
With that being said, I really enjoyed Kevin and Karina’s story! I loved how patient Kevin was and how strong Karina is. I can’t wait to read Joel’s story!

Strength, Hope and Love
This book is my favorite of the series so far! The author really pulls you in and allows you to experience what Kevin and Karina are going through by giving both their POVs. Parts of the book run alongside Jasper's and I liked getting to see what was going through Kevin's mind as certain things happened. Compared to the first books of the series, this one had a different, almost slightly dark, feel to it. It does touch on sensitive subjects, but the author doesn't go in depth with what happens, so I feel those who don't like trigger books will be fine to read this one.
Whilst Jasper is my favourite character of this series, I've always liked Kevin and even more so now. I loved how he used his past experiences to help support Karina as she dealt with what had happened to her. Kevin and Karina were two damaged souls who healed together, and I think the message that comes with this story is one of strength, hope and love.

Kevin and Karina’s story wow. Having went through what Kevin did at the hands of his own father his feelings are all over the place so when he had to join Jasper and work of the debt to the council little did he know what he was getting into. Being sent to Candace to help with a rogue group of Werewolf’s and working with Vampires for the first time is testing Kevin until he starts getting strange dreams of a beautiful woman. Karina is trapped feeling like she doesn’t want to be alive anymore can she take anymore until the weird dream visions start of a powerful source rescuing her. This is an beautifully written story of soulmates finding and saving each other while trying to work out the rest of what should be and working as a pack. A powerful Werewolf series that I can’t put down. I can’t wait for Joel and Darcy’s story to read more of this amazing series.

This is the third book in K.M. Lowe’s Guardian Shifter Series and each story just keeps on getting better.
Kevin has discovered his soulmate, Karina, she’s been battered and abused, retreating inside herself and afraid to face the world. It made me cry ugly for a while, but the way Kevin supports her is beautifully written. With his support and love, she begins to live her life again.
The end leaves you desperate for the next book to hear about Joel’s story. Carlos’s pack is also put under threat and I cannot wait to see how the story progresses.
If you love epic shifter series, then the books are a must read.

What a brilliant written book. KM Lowe has been able to touch on a really hard subject with great passion and sympathy.
I love Kevin and have done since we met him in book one. He has grown so much over the last 3 books.
I loved how possessive and protective he is over Karina. He will and does everything he can to protect her.
With Karina you see her grow. She goes from a frightened wolf to one strong and fierce wolf. I am.so glad she and Kevin got together they make a great pair.
I can't wait for the next set of books in this series. You can feel the tension growing between the Pack and the Council. You know the fight is going to be one epic battle.

the third in the series so enjoyed this book the story of kevin and katrina, he joins jasper and wow the story was brilliant. i found this well written by the author, its had me taking into the book from the start i am so enjoying the books and looking forward to reading about joel and darcy next up these books dont have to be read in order but if you start at the beginning you wont miss a thing. the love the excitment in this werewolf series will keep you contented as you keep on reading love this author

Kevin, isn't what I thought it would be. It was better! I really feel like the author outdone her self with this book. Writing this whole guardian series, has made her writing skills grow.
Kevin, is a fast-paced story about finding love and your place in the world and in his new pack.
Kevin and Karina are a match made in heaven! The chemistry and the understanding between them is amazing!

Kevin has been abused his whole life until his half sister ends up a prisoner of their father for her powers, Kevin is determined to save her and get her back to her pack, fortunately they take him as well. He has a proper family for the first time and love, all is threatened by the council. Karina has been surviving on her own after her pack was killed, then she ends up in a bad place with unspeakable horrors, even with a soul mate by her side can she overcome what happened? Moving, heartfelt story that has emotions on emotions, not just sad ones but inspiring and upbeat ones. It takes a few strong wolf shifters to stay strong and stand up for the right to live their lives the way they want and not be dictated to. I loved the family they all became, the love and strength they gained, the sensitivity they show each other even when teasing. All the characters have depth to their stories and lives, each have suffered but now have a family of choice. There is some action, but suspense comes from the what ifs, what will happen next. I'm finding this series gripping, entertaining and fabulous, I lose myself and indulge in the guilty but wonderful world of words that make an incredible story.

After falling in love with the characters from this series after reading book one (Lisa), I am always eager to read the next book! This one focuses on Kevin and Karina, who we met in the previous book.
Both characters, but Karina especially, are recovering from a big ordeal; after also finding each other, as mates. Throughout this book they are getting to know each other, with Karina having to learn to trust again, and Kevin working to gain that.
The relationship between these two is very emotional; they've both been through such a lot in their relatively short lives, and they both just want to love, and be loved. I could feel the love Kevin has for Karina, so so much.
Of course, we get to meet all the characters again that we've already come across. I like that each story from a different person, ties in with the previous book; it makes them feel really connected.

I have to say at first I was a little worried about how the author recapped but just as I was ready to skip ahead it got real!! This was a hard read because we get to find out what happened not only to Kevin before he got away from his father, we get to see the damage he endured at the hands of the beast who was to love and care for him. She had barely survived the torture, abuse and brutal continuous raping that was inflicted during her time in captivity. This author who does so well with drawing out emotions on every level then lets us become the fly on the wall for their recovery. We now see them in a new light, with different attitudes and stronger. It's a great story about finding and building love. Kevin show's he has more of his sister's character strains instead of his father with patience and tender touches. The strength of family, friends and a clan that has his back do more for them than ever dreamed possible and they both find home. Great read, and as usual I am loving this series from this author who never fails me.

Kevin...We get to delve into some of his life and his mate Karina. Lots of fun stuff happens through Kevin's eyes. Rogue wolves, black magic, a battle and the council. It was so good to see how strong everyone has gotten and willing to stand with each other and for the pack. Each book I fall in love with the main character. I wasn't sure how things were going to play out with Kevin and Karina but I think the way it did was perfect. I love who she became. I loved this book from start to finish.

Kevin meets punishments, missions, challenges and a beautiful mate, while turning from an abused boy to a protector. Karina knows life growing up in a healthy pack to the loneliness of running in wolf form, being caught and abused by rogues, and finally saved by Kevin, Jason and Callum. Will she make a recovery from the torture to be a productive pack member in Scotland? Will she ever be ready to be a true mate to Kevin? I am so ready to read Joel!

I loved Lisa and Jasper's books then I got to Kevin's book and half the book was in His pvo from Jasper's book, so i felt like i had half a book as i had already read most of it in Jasper's book ..I didn't think it needed to be told yet again and then you did the same thing in Joel's book it was his pvo up to a point .. Just seems like you needed a filler.. so i ended up flicking though to where the actal story was i hadn't read in the other book.

Kevin is book number three in the series and omg I think it's the one that stole my heart. I cried, I admit it.
When I see a broken hero or heroin, I get totally lost in the emotions of the storyline.
