This is a quick read, chronicling the early years of Mia Farrow, from childhood to her relationship with Woody Allen in the eighties. The depiction of her early success in the TV series Peyton Place, followed by her starring role in Rosemary's Baby reveals much of her dedication to her craft. The book details her personal life, including her unexpected marriage to Frank Sinatra; her love affair with Andre Previn, followed by their marriage; and the birth of three children with Mr. Previn, followed by the adoption of several children.

Since much of the book reads like a series of media clips, I found it uninspired. Despite my interest in the subject of this biography, there was little to recommend this version of her life.
