With only 62 pages, I already knew I wouldn't find all of the information on the subject.
That in mind, for what it's worth, it did teach me a couple of things. Such as the definitions and specifics of spirit guides, guardian angels, talismans, and amulets.
This was more of a you-can-do-it kind of manual. Most of the guide is telling you to lead with your intuition. It's a constant vexation, intuition. Maybe my next read will be something to strengthen mine.
