This is sweet but perhaps a bit overly cutesy. The kindergarteners liked it, not as many first graders.

This is gonna have a garbage review cause I'm super done with reading books having to do with snow or winter. Read with PreK. They were able to make connections so it was decent in that way and it was totally at their level but like it was about a bunny who gets lost and then his fricken magical snowman buddy helps him find his way home. Like I'm over it; stop.

After little rabbit had built a snowman, his daddy asked him to go on an errand, but little rabbit didn't want to leave his new friend. His daddy told him the snowman wasn't real. When little rabbit got lost and was afraid and alone, he realized he had a snow friend who had been with him the whole time. Beautiful illustrations, especially the snowman which is made with lovely sparkle.

My Review: This best part about this story is the adorable illustrations, I almost would have preferred it to be a wordless book and just enjoyed the pictures. It is a cute little story about believing in something though but not an overwhelming story that we must read again and again.

Lovely, inspiring book for children! Always, at this time of the year, I enjoy reading children's books. The story is as simple as enchanting and the illustrations are exquisite! A true treat for readers of any age, especially if around children who will delight in this story!

This is a cute book, but nothing to rave about. It is a good winter themed book. The moral of the story is to listen to your parents. In real life there isn't a magical snowman to lead you back home!

4/1/24. 3.5 stars 🌟 I liked it because the Snowman helped the rabbit in the cold frosty snow and he also jumped in the Snowmans arms in the end and cwtched his daddy.
