Congratulations to Lumi for sharing an honest and very personal account of mental health. The book delivers what it aims to and the author's dedication and hard work is truly admirable.
The sections on what treatments worked and those that didn't were revealing as was the world of psychiatry. I also liked reading about her Mother's experience and points of view.
She shared some joyful moments like times she visited Finland and many dark and extremely dark ones too.
A very engaging book, assembled thoughtfully for all to read. A true education!
