This book focuses primarily on people who are in an administrative role or more often a leadership role (managers, CEOs, etc). And for that it is a good resource. However, I found it to have very little to do with people who are not in those roles but who have the spiritual gift of administration and are looking to utilize that gift without that corresponding "role". At best it could be viewed as a good preparation book for those seeking or entering leadership roles.
