The Flower Girl / The Ring Bear

Sophie loves flowers. Robert loves bears. So neither child is surprised when told they will be the flower girl and ring bearer in an upcoming wedding. While Sophie practices her dancing and curtsying skills for her debut as a flower girl princess, Robert works on his growling and crawling techniques. Unfortunately, Sophie’s idea of what a flower girl is and Robert’s idea of what a ring bearer does are quite different from the ideas of their families. These parallel stories, told in a flip-over book format, detail the experiences of two children preparing for an upcoming wedding.
