Finally, a decent book about decent people

Finally, a decent book about a family that goes through struggles yet managed to stay happy and together. It reminds me of The Friendly Persuasion.

This was the sequel to The Journeyman (which I really enjoyed). It was good, didn't flow quite as well as the first. It was nice to "finish" the story and well...it did bring a tear to my eye at the end.

I like just as much or more than the prequel. I loved how Melody didn't give up on God or life
