Good story but not my favorite Christoph von Schmid book. Some of his books are excellent for readers of all ages. This one is definitely for younger children. It is a good story but only average for him.

A sweet story. I gave it three stars because of the moralism, but I did still enjoy it.

More like "the silly story of how a lady got her not-dead husband back because she had terrible handwriting" but Easter egg works too.
