Definitely a book to pick up only if it's required reading, but overall it's informative. I was assigned it for class, and it was the book the class was structured around. I appreciated it for its overviews and summaries, although the case studies didn't make much sense (so thankfully we didn't use them in class).

One of the worst textbooks I've ever read. I felt that I actually lost knowledge by reading this book. Written in a dense, cliche textbook narrative but lacking in any benefit of knowledge. Would not recommend this.
