Dr. Anderson provides an insightful & thought-provoking look at the debate over the Rapture that many pre-tribulationists would like to pretend is over. He explores how the Pre-trib movement came about, why it’s worth questioning in its many claims, & presents why a Post-Tribulational view stands the test of time as faithful to the orthodox biblical tradition.

Anderson's book is a very helpful addition to the rapture debate. I would use this book as a companion to other books that are more organized in their thought and layout on the rapture issue, such as George Ladd's "The Blessed Hope." Anderson provides plenty of food for thought and raises questions that contribute to the discussion. Definitely worth reading.
