Money for Nothing.... and Your Property for Free!: How in My First 12 Months 1 Bought 74 Properties Worth Over GBP 12, 000, 000 with None of My Own Money!' the Passive Investments Strategy [Paperback] Shaw, Andy
excellent book, pretty flamboyant style by the man Andy Shaw, really showing the benefits of property and real estate, one of my favoured income streams and in my financial long term plan and strategy...
It was a shame he went bankrupt and ended losing the company he so much pitched in the book, made it a bit funny, but still the principle and message of the book is still valid and clear
So hats of to him regardless of what happend, am still gonna give it 5 stars and rank it as a fav right up there as some of my best real estate property educational books...

A shining example of how market madness can sometimes take hold & now gives me faith in contrarian views.
The author is now a self help guru which his teachings are "designed to be the universal secret of success". If you fail once...
I particularly like the quote that he now has on his website for the period in which he wrote this book:
"Hey! By our mid-thirties we really seemed to be getting the hang of this, we owned A LOT of properties, and we had a highly successful and very profitable business. Things were going great, a lot of money a large house, lots of toys and lots of holidays. Not to mention a wonderful wife and family. Things were going great for several years…
But then the credit crunch came along and sales in the business dried up and became non-existent. I could not release equity in my properties when they still had some. Then the inevitable happened and we couldn’t prevent the train wreck from occurring. Quite suddenly and very publicly we failed!"
Of course anyone with an IQ higher than 5 could see this coming a mile off. I guess those falling below this score will have to sign up to his new course.
