Electra Brown #4

Taking the Plunge

Rate this book
Electra's finally taking the plunge. After all, her friend Lucy did it in France, Sorrel thought she had but hadn't after all, and Claudia, who's done it loads of times, has bet Electra she won't. She will, though. She's going to go out with the first boy who asks her. But what if he turns out to be a frog and not a prince? She can be  very shallow.

I wasn't keen on how Electra kept getting involved with the police at the beginning but it petered out and that made me happier. I am intrigued as to how it is all going to go with a new sibling for Electra and am very disappointed that as Frazier is no longer considered a freak boy she is willing to go out with him, if she didn't like him before there is nothing to like now. I'd love to see more maturity and rising above the way in which you have to conform to what the "popular" kids like in school. I did like the book, it's a light read and in places made me giggle endlessly.

I loved it! From the start I just thought that Frazer Burns, (FB) was weirdo, but now- HES HOT! It is so funny that Electra gets herself into alot of trouble! I think it is the best Electra book out of the ones I've read.
