Pretty good book, but not great. Lots of talking, but I did enjoy the characterizations.

There's a murder, but for a long time after the beginning of the book, you don't even know exactly who got killed. It kind of keeps you turning the page just to find that out!

But the ending is very satisfying. Good job of the author bringing all of the threads together at the end.

One highlight is the fight in the police station. It was very well done, and a great "what just happened?" moment.

I love northwest Arkansas. Wade Rivers brings the state alive with the fictional "Y" City located somewhere south of Fort Smith near Mena. This is a thriller on par with popular writers like James Patterson.

Great book! I love that it's set around my hometown area. This is a well written fiction suspense novel that kept my interest from the cover to the last page.

I found this story fun because of the Scott County connection.
