Can't beat this one if you are in the Canadian Rockies and looking for something more challenging than a hike but less technical than a roped climb. Mount Temple is the most famous scramble in the region, but this book can lead you to dozens more.

I think this book is a classic for a reason, but wasn't the right book for me, because i prefer easier, well-travelled hikes and scrambles. For the casual hiker/scrambler, there's much more detailed resources online nowadays for most popular trails (eg explor8ion and bob spirko's trip reports) that i feel may be more helpful. I think this is a great resource for anyone trying to go beyond the basics, but I dont feel like i'm at that stage yet
