Fascinating quick reference guide for people on the move, descriptions are short while still able to express necessary qualities needed in a crisis. Moreover, the book concentrates in a situation in which the company is or will have a merger with another. (Which if I could surmise would be due to the critical emotional stress levels that the merger produces.) Although, the book isn’t a comprehensive guide for everything “management”, it does shine when you need something to help you see things you’d otherwise miss through tough times (i.e. a merger).
