Okay, wow! This was something else! When has it ever happened that by almost the midpoint of the story I'm still conflicted over who's right or wrong or which side of the conflict I'm going to end up on? The Last Heir was a great book that I really enjoyed reading! It happens that a seven year old is the heir to the throne, but obviously can't rule. With a host of political intrigue, and a personal side that made my mom cry, I would recommend this to everyone. It doesn't have a "age appropriate" for its as clean as can be. No language, graphic violence, nor sexual immorality. ...more
