I decided to read this book for shits and giggles to see what this man has to say about the Wiccan religion. He ends up bashing it throughout the entire book in a sweet way to tell parents how bad and evil witchcraft and Wicca are. After all the "research" this man has done (and I say this in quotes because he cites many sources but gives NO bibliography as well as only abbreviations for sources) he still has no idea what the Wiccan religion is about. Where is the bibliography? Not only has he done absolutely no actual research, he then "quotes" students and teens giving him blank-eyed answers to the questions he asks. He gives descriptions on the kids he talks to but that's not how teens talk. He thinks he knows the inner workings of the teen mind, which is drugs, sex, porn, music, dancing, and just "ugh no one gets me, so I have to start practicing witchcraft to actually feel something in the world my parents are suppressing me in..." (Nasally Valley Girl accent) He talks about how Wicca leads to mass shootings in school and public areas, leads to rock and roll music, and pot smoking. Parents, teens, DO NOT READ THIS BOOK. You are better off going to your local library and checking out an ACTUAL book on Wicca instead of listening to this blow-hole. Steve has NO IDEA what witchcraft and/or Wicca is about. Do not rely on him to teach you. Educate yourself! Horrible book.
