I wish I could remember how this came onto my TBR list as that might explain the context under which it was recommended that I read this. Parts of this book were very good and time-tested. You have to read it with an eye for the time in which it was written, the late 60s. “Human Engineering” is an early form of what has now become emotional intelligence. This book contains some basic tenets of sales philosophy. There were parts that I aligned with and others that made me roll my eyes (and be thankful for how far our society has come in nearly 50 years.

Great book; a lot of useful techniques and principles. Definitely something to keep coming back to. And written in an interesting, informal tone: I felt like the author was right there with me, speaking to me in person. Very motivational.

Good book. The first six chapters were the best, as well as the final chapter. Overall worth the read.
