This is one of my favorite cookbooks - it's short & sweet with some but not too many tips for the kitchen, and many excellent recipes for creative salsas, sauces and dishes. Check out the enchiladas with mole verde - fantastic recipe and a standard for my kitchen.

Picked this up in a used-bookstore many years ago. Good pictures. Recipes are clear, and techniques are explained. I have kept this book on my reference bookshelf at home. I have flipped through it many times to find inspiration.
