It had some good questions for you to ask yourself, and exercises to do to figure out what you wanted to do with your life. They were interesting - but they didn't answer any of the questions I was hoping to answer. I know myself well enough to know what the questions were asking, but I went through the process, hoping that it would bring something to light. It didn't. So I came out knowing no more than I did going in.
I've heard from others that it's helpful though. Perhaps it's just me...

Is it cheesy? Yes. Am I embarrassed to add it to GoodReads? A little. But such is the nature of any book that asks you articulate your life goals. This book was good at teasing out thoughts, dreams, ideas and plans for your life with helpful exercises and practical ideas.
