This book does have some valuable information, but it's mostly a product advertisement for the author's company. The first half of the book in fact just goes on and on about how you should hire them, then the second half provides more interesting information.
What information there is, though, is poorly organized. Also, I would have liked a chapter on insurance. After all, for a lot of people this is a strategy towards asset protection, and it would be helpful to know what types of insurance and which riders one should have. However, this isn't mentioned, probably because the author's company doesn't make money there.
Asset protection is complex and necessary for a subset of the population who own their own business or have rental real estate. This book gives some directional arrows on what to do and how to structure an asset protection plan. A good read, but not enough here to DIY.
Great book on different structures you can form to reduce liability and taxes. The last part of the book also includes multiple case studies to help illustrate what he explained earlier. Extremely useful. You don't need to be a millionaire to utilize legal entities to save from tax and liability. This stuff should be taught in school.
