Nice, short summary of the history of the world's all-time bestselling Book. Planning to read a much more in-depth work on the canon soon, but this was a good introduction, which I'd recommend for anyone with little time to devote to study of the subject.

This little book was really well done! While I didn't find a whole lot of new info here, I think it's a great reference resource to have on hand.

My favorite line from the book was this: "As with anything else in your life of faith, God knows better than anyone what you really need, and that includes which version of the Bible you should be reading."

I bought this book in the airport and read it on a flight from Texas. It was an incredibly fast read but was worth it. Since then I've found a handful of corrections needed but it really helped in understand how the Bible came together

I really enjoyed reading this book. This is really a great book for anyone looking for better understanding of how the Bible came to be, how it is organized, and how accurate text has been preserved over the centuries.
