I found this a thoughtful, detailed, and highly readable brief on the complicated relationships between India, China, and the United States of America, and how the interactions of these great powers will determine the course of the 21st century. It's authoritative - nobody could accuse Ambassador Bhasin of not being an expert on these issues - but readable enough that I'd recommend it to anyone interested in international relations, not just to those of the field.
