Let me start out by saying that there is not the perfect book for me and my attic remodel out there that I have seen--this one does cover the basics in therm of what you need to consider, and what problems you might face--it is not a book about how to lay out your new space. some good pictures, and the do-it-your-self pictures are very clear.
