Legal Research And Writing for Paralegals

This book is extremely helpful. I purchased the book as a brush up for me on several issues that are addressed in the legal field in comparison to 27 years ago when I worked for an attorney as a legal secretary. Memorandums & Briefs have changed slightly over the years. I recently wrote a Memorandum for an attorney on a Landlord/Tenant issue prior to ordering Legal Research and Writing for Paralegals at the current time due to my past knowledge and experience the case has been postponed which means that the opposing side will have to do more research on their side. I would highly recommend this book if your needing to brush up your skills in areas of Legal Research and Writing.

A good book for understanding legal researched but lacked on the legal writing aspect. Most of the examples on legal writing were just common sense.
