Pretty, pretty pictures! History, uses, types, methods and alternatives. Sites, maps, reasons, examples and recipes to try this all at home with your book of gorgeous colors, shapes and textures that are Spices and Aromatic Seeds. Anyone that cooks outside of Mac N Cheese from a box should have this on their coffee table!

A history of the use of spices is presented. Many spices are identified and briefly discussed with colored drawings. Many recipes using those spices with each on displaying colored depictions of the spices used. This is a good addition for the home cook.
