Part Two ("Some Causes for Concern") raises several general concerns with the movement. Part Three ("Promises, Promises") examines the now-famous seven promises. And Part Four ("Beyond Promises") challenges the movement and its followers, to move beyond human promises to the only Promise Keeper there ever was-our Lord Jesus Christ.

I found this a very good review of the Promise Keeper "Movement"
It was written as the movement was growing and developing - and was helpful to me as I was thinking through the issues. I passed it on to a number of people to help them reflect on both the positive and negative elements of the movement.
