5 stars. The booklet excels in offering floor plans, photos, and explanations of the home and studio throughout the many changes between 1889 and 1909 as Wright's family and practice grew, as he divorced and added even further to the building in 1911 and later to accommodate his ex-wife and children and new tenants, and then later, as the building was brought back to its 1909 days.

Lovely photos and details about the Oak Park home and studio of Frank Lloyd Wright. I particularly enjoyed the diagrams detailing the different additions and alterations the property underwent through the years. I also really liked the information about the renovations done after FLW left his family, and the recent restorations to return the property to its 1909 appearance. They don’t tell you how messed up it was *by Wright himself* during the tour, so this information was really fascinating to me.

During a recent visit to Frank Lloyd Wrights home and Studio I purchased this book. It had great photos of the interior and some information that complimented the tour. However I felt the tour had more interesting information than the book had to offer. I also wish this book was more than a booklet and had a spine, much nicer for a bookshelf.

Not so much a book as a thick pamphlet, this is a worthy keepsake from a visit to the Oak Park Home and Studio of FLW.
