Littered with great wee illustrations, as well as written clearly for the average person to understand.
It comes in handy when reading about a new topic and is far quicker than 'googling' a term.
I recommend this to everyone who has an interest in Science and Engineering!

Extremely useful dictionary of science for high-school and undergraduate students (and for the odd memory refresher). The book gives definitions, explanations and where necessary illustrations for most things science and biology related.
