This is a brilliant, crucially important book that every American should read... should read and shudder.
Since my first campaign as a Democratic Congressional candidate in 2011 I've been pointing out a singular fact that should be obvious to everyone:
The largest organized crime syndicate and mass-murdering terrorism network in world history is the Republican party. The second largest organized crime syndicate and mass-murdering terrorism network in world history is the Democratic party.
This book focuses on the war crimes and the destruction of an entire nation, Yugoslavia, By Bill Clinton, the recently deceased fascist Secretary of State Madeline Albright, and Joe Biden, among pretty much every Democratic federal official of the 1990s and the Republicans who gleefully aided our psychopathic president.
But let's start with the racist Senator Joe Biden who said on CNN on Aug. 1, 1993 that Serbs are "illiterates, degenerates, baby killers and cowards."
Our plagiarizer-in-chief is now lying as much about the heroic Ukraine, and as a man who blindly followed Clinton/Albright et al. with all of the other Democrats and Republicans, financed, trained and brought to power Nazis in Croatia by destroying Yugoslavia, exactly as the Russians today are seeking to make the Donbas regions and Crimea autonomous from Ukraine, and Islamic fundamentalists in Bosnia-Herzogovina.
They bombed and murdered tens of thousands of these people (vastly more than Russia has done to date in Ukraine) in what had been Yugoslavia until the World Bank under International Monetary Fund structural adjustment policies imposed austerity measures and privatization measures to require loan repayments by selling off the industrial capacity and resources of the nation, causing hundreds of thousands of people to lose their jobs, guaranteed minimum incomes, health care, family leave, all of the things that the most enlightened societies provide their people.
Just as MSNBidioCNN is doing today, stories popped up about mass rapes that never occurred and covered up the expulsions of 300,000 Serbs from Krajina, where they had lived in peace for 300 years.
Public relations firms such as Hill and Knowlton and Ruder Finn Global Public Affairs went to work on American liberals, feminists and even got the Jews to turn on the Yugoslavian Serbs, the only ones who fought the Nazis with them in that nation, at the expenses that tens of thousands of them ended up killed in the Nazi Jasenovac death camp run by those same Croatian Ustashi fascists who killed there hundreds of thousands of jews and others.
It's the same story now: diminish Putin as a crazy Nazi (sic), tell vague stories of rape victims, pin everything bad on the Russians and historically dump down the memory hole everything about fascism in post-USSR Ukraine.
I hate to say this, but Bidenism is Fascism, just as Clintonism was fascism. This book, about the first US-NATO nation-dismantling war was put together by Ramsey Clark and associates. It is essential history for every American today, especially those apologizing for NATO.
I'm reading a half dozen books on Eastern European and Russian history today. This is a book that will show you the unprosecuted war crimes by Bill Clinton, Madeline Albright, Joe Biden, and the other Democrats who did to Yugoslavia in the 1990s what they complain about Putin doing in Ukraine today.
But none of these American/NATO war criminals were even indicted, and Albright in death this week is praised as some hero, even though she was the mentor of Condoleeza Rice, who likewise helped destroy Iraq and Afghanistan, and Hillary Clinton who destroyed Libya.
None of these people are our friends. We must call them out for what they are: mass-murdering fascist terrorist war criminals. We need to start hanging our own war criminals in order for it to not be laughable that we would call on prosecuting Putin for war crimes.
And damn, how can we believe today any of these people who have been lying us into complicity in mass murder for decades. You know, George W. Bush learned how to lie us into war from Democrat LBJ.

ramsey clark may be a bit off the deep end, but it's fairly plain that the bombing of SFRY was unlawful.
