Octavia always hated the glossy, glitzy, fantastically fake world of Darlinham House - school of choice for loaded young wannabes. Now she`s at down-to-earth Jethro Park comprehensive, she can escape the backstabbing and the bitchiness, and finally live a normal life. Can`t she? But Octavia`s mini-break from the limelight doesn`t last. With her mother`s love-life hitting the headlines, and starlet-from-hell India Withers rocking up at Jethro Park to research a `gritty` new film role, Octavia knows that she`s heading for the biggest media feeding frenzy of her life. She may be an escapee from the A-list, but when it comes to fame, there`s nowhere to hide!

This book grabbed my attention when I read the first book called “So Super Starry” by Wendy Mass. When I read I have to be interested in the book or else I won’t read anymore of it because I barely like reading in the first place. But when I was reading this book I was very interested which is good.

Imagine being called a nickname that doesn’t even suit you or being followed around by the paparazzi because of who you dated in the past and because of your parents, it’s rough. In the book “So Super Stylish” by Rose Wilkins it talks about the things I said before and many more. It is also a sequel to “So Super Starry” which has the same characters just a different plot. I know the names of these books sound a little cheesy but once you start reading you’ll most likely get drawn in. And remember “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” The main character Octavia is trying to manage going to a new school but also worrying about the paparazzi following her around because of her mother mostly, but also the rumors going around about her and her ex. The whole reason she moved was to get away from the glamour but her way of thinking is not how others think.

This book was very interesting to me because I like high school drama. I would recommend this author and these books to people my age because I feel like if an adult would read this they would think in a parent’s perspective rather than a child’s perspective.

Overall this book was good. If I have to read another book that isn’t assigned to me I will most likely read a book from this same author. This is because Rose writes in a way I can understand unlike some other books I have read.

One of my teachers gave everyone in his class an advance copy of this book a couple years back. I had no intentions of reading it until curiosity got the best of me. I probably shouldn't give this three whole stars, but things tend to change when you go into it thinking this book was going to be the worst of all time. It was a bit fluffy, but still cute nonetheless.

The one occupation no one understands what a child's life is like; the daughter of a London Star. People don't realize the amount of impact that occurs when the children get involved with all the family's drama. Knowing that every person has enemies, friends and boyfriend/girlfriends, its the amount of drama involved with them that can tear a family apart.
Really good life like scenes and feelings involved.
